Global Key Account Manager

Gränges group is growing and needs to strengthen the organization with a Global Key Account Manager

LOCATION: Finspång |FullTime

The GKAM will;

  • Be responsible for all Global activities related to specific key accounts/customers

  • Optimize the key account/customer business globally, from a Gränges Group view

  • Coordinate key account activities; marketing, RFQ processes, pricing and negotiations

  • With support from Global PD, coordinate key account technical activities within Gränges; development strategies, product development projects and technical project agreements

  • Lead a key account team in global activities; strategy, target setting and development plans

  • Continuously update knowledge of the customer’s business and decision processes

  • Prepare required reports

The premises for the position is based Gränges Europe’s Headquarters, Finspång, Sweden. The position may occasionally require travelling. The GKAM reports to Senior Vice President of Technology & Business Development, Gränges AB. The employment is valid for an indefinite term.

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is an international and result-oriented person with a strong track record in taking businesses to the next level who is a credible and effective relationship builder and excellent communicator i. e;

 

  • Experience from similar work tasks

  • +10 years of working experience

  • Experience from production is a plus

  • MBA/MSc or equivalent

  • Fluent in English, German and French (oral and written)

  • Passionate about the work, structured, focused and hard-working

  • Strategic and able to see the overall picture

  • Role model with natural drive to set best standards

  • A person with communication gravitas and a relationship builder

  • Good commercial and technical capabilities

  • Good capability to lead commercial and technical teams
