Change in number of shares and votes in Gränges

The number of shares and votes in Gränges has changed as a result of the exercise of 5,000 warrants within the company’s incentive programs. At the last trading day of December there was in total 75,517,386 shares and 75,517,386 votes in the company.

Gränges incentive program from 2014 has thereby expired and no further shares will be issued under this program.
