Gränges Shanghai was founded in 1996. And today, after more than 25 years of development, the plant employs over 500, with an annual production capacity of 120,000 tonnes.

Established in 2006, Gränges Shanghai research and innovation (R&I) center specializes in the development of special alloy products that can accurately meet the performance requirements of customers. More than 30 highly educated employees, including metallurgists, chemists, metallographers, physicists, mechanical engineers and technicians – all specialists in rolled aluminium products for heat exchanger applications works on a daily basis to meet the customers need. The collected knowledge and experience from the processes allows us to customize aluminium solutions optimized to our customers ’needs.
