The responsibilities of the Specialist will include, among others:
  • Conducting quality analyses in the production area,
  • Participating in projects related to continuous improvement based on Lean Management and Six Sigma,
  • Managing internal communication in the area of monitoring production and auxiliary processes.
We expect candidates to have:
  • A university degree in a technical field,
  • A good command of English, both spoken and written,
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
Additionally, we value:
  • Responsibility and diligence in performing assigned duties,
  • Independence and excellent self-organization skills,
  • Ability to work effectively in a team,
  • Knowledge of quality problem-solving tools,
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
