LOCATION: Konin |Student engineer program 2026

The responsibilities of the Specialist will include, among others:

• design and improvement of products,
• analysis of the feasibility of manufacturing new products,
• cooperation with production departments in the implementation of new products and optimization of production processes,
• technical support for the sales department in contacts with customers – support of the sales process and the complaint handling process,
• defining research needs related to the implementation of new products,
• cooperation with research institutions,
• development and supervision of technology.

We expect the candidate to have:

• higher technical education,
• good command of English, both spoken and written,
• knowledge of MS Office.

Nice to have:

• responsibility and diligence in performing assigned duties,
• independence and excellent self-organization skills,
• ability to work in a team – creativity and commitment,
• knowledge of quality problem-solving tools,
• experience in a manufacturing plant.
