Gränges Europe Student Engineer Program 2026

Are you ready to take the first step in your engineering career? At Gränges Europe, we offer a unique opportunity to grow, learn, and contribute from day one.

Starting during the fall 2026, four talented engineering graduates will join our structured one-year development program. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across key areas of our business and build a strong understanding of aluminium manufacturing in a complex, international environment.

From the very beginning, you will work on meaningful, business-critical projects alongside experienced engineers and technical specialists. You will strengthen your technical expertise, expand your professional network, and build a solid foundation for a successful career.

The one‑year trainee program includes permanent full‑time employment from day one.
