Gränges awarded Leadership score in CDP

Gränges received an A- score in the CDP (previously ‘Carbon Disclosure Project’) environmental disclosure ranking for 2023.

The company is thereby considered to be one of the top-rated companies in its industry, thanks to its demonstrated transparency and execution in addressing climate change. The A- score places Gränges well above the sector average B- for companies in metal smelting, refining and forming.

“We’re happy and proud to receive the Leadership score for our climate work. It’s an important acknowledgement of Gränges’ high ambitions, proven decarbonization progress and strong risk management routines. CDP’s rating is also a clear validation of Gränges’ fact-based and transparent approach when it comes to our journey towards net-zero by 2040”, says Sandra Rumélius, Director Sustainability Reporting at Gränges.
