Gränges publishes updated MTN prospectus
Gränges has updated the base prospectus for its MTN program, which has today been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (SV: Finansinspektionen).
In 2018, Gränges established an MTN program (Medium Term Notes) for financing in the capital market. The program has a framework amount of SEK 3 billion, or the equivalent in EUR, and enables the issuance of debt with a maturity of at least one year. The new base prospectus, dated November 7, 2025, replaces the previous base prospectus dated October 31, 2024.
To further strengthen its sustainability ambitions and targets, Gränges published both a Green Financing Framework and a Sustainability-Linked Financing Framework in 2024. These frameworks enable the issuance of green and sustainability-linked bonds and support Gränges’ long-term ambition and focus on sustainable development.
The updated base prospectus is available on www.granges.com and on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website www.fi.se.
