The Nomination Committeé’s proposal for the AGM 2017

The Nomination Committee for Gränges’ AGM 2017 proposes re-election of Anders G. Carlberg, Carina Andersson, Peter Carlsson, Katarina Lindström, Hans Porat and Ragnhild Wiborg. Terje Andersen has declined re-election. Furthermore, the Nomination Committee proposes re-election of Anders G. Carlberg as Chairman of the Board.

Prior to Gränges AGM 2017, the Nomination Committee has consisted of representatives of the company's largest shareholder. These are represented by Jannis Kitsakis, Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund, Anders Algotsson, AFA Insurance, Rikard Andersson, SEB Funds, and the Chairman of the Board, Anders G. Carlberg. Chairman of the Nomination Committee have been Jannis Kitsakis.

Gränges AGM 2017 takes place on Thursday, 4 May 2017, at CET 16.00, at Näringslivets Hus in Stockholm.
