Change in the number of shares and votes in Gränges AB (publ)
The number of shares and votes in Gränges AB (publ) (“Gränges”) has increased as a result of the subscription of shares through the exercise of warrants issued as a part of the annual general meeting’s resolution on May 4, 2022, on the implementation of the incentive program IP 2022.
Through the exercise of the warrants, the number of shares and votes in Gränges has increased by 32,824, from 106,491,381 to 106,524,205, and the share capital has increased by SEK 43,977, from SEK 142,674,514 to SEK 142,718,490 on May 19, 2026.
