VP Finance & Sourcing Gränges Europe

As a part of our continued growth and transformation journey, we are seeking a driven VP Finance & Sourcing Gränges Europe to lead our financial and sourcing strategy in our ambition to be leading and shape a more sustainable industry. The person who upholds this position today is moving on to another senior executive role within Gränges Europe.

PLATS: Sweden/Poland

This position is a full-time role and you will report to the President of Gränges Europe, Fredrik Spens and be a part of the Management team of Gränges Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the financial operations, planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for Gränges Europe. Ensure full compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop and support the financial organization within Gränges Europe with closeness to the European sales organisation, innovation and sustainability organisation as well as local units.
• Continue to build a strong sourcing team centred around the established category managers to reach excellence in sourcing within the European market
• The General Council of Gränges Europe belong to the team, given the centred position that VP Finance and Sourcing role has within our team and organisation.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finance Director (within heavy industry or manufacturing)
• Strong knowledge of financial and sustainability reporting standards
• Experience from Sourcing/Supply chain management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or similar
• Fluent in English
